General Information
NHATQUANG's high intensity C&Z PURLINS are shaped by zinc galvanized high intensity steel in accordance with JIS G3302 - SGH450 / Z275 standard
-         Yield Point : 450Mpa ~ 4500 kg/cm2 (minimum)
-         Tensile Strength : ≥ 500 Mpa
-         Elongation : 20 - 30%
-         Zn coating thickness : 200 - 300g/m2

NHATQUANG's high intensity C&Z PURLINS are producted from zincgalvanized high intensity steel with the minimum yield point of 450Mpa ~ 4500 kg/cm2. The means the products is lighter and able to be installed for long span, yet ensure tolerant deflection curve.

The apeture and hole position of NHATQUANG's high intensity C&Z PURLINS are preset according to the design of the works so that the installation can be out fast, simply and accurately. This means the construction progress can be shorten.

1-   NHATQUANG® C PURLIN
NHATQUANG's high intensity C PURLIN has two similar wings, suitable for simple long span. This product can't be lengthened one on the other;
The heights of cross sections of NHATQUANG's high intensity C PURLIN are 75, 80, 100, 120, 125, 150, 180, 200, 250 mm and the thickness is from 1.5 to 3.2 mm. The length can satisfy a variety of requirements of apeture and design. The length and oval hole of the product are automatically determined during the production (Hole can be made on the wing).
2-   NHATQUANG® Z PURLIN
NHATQUANG's high intensity Z PURLIN is characterized by a wider wing, a narrower wing and 135o beleved narrower wings, so that it's easy to lengthened one on the other and transport the product to the site;
NHATQUANG's high intensity Z PURLIN has same dimensions but various thickness so that it can be integrated into any structure;
Then laminated, Z purlin can double the thickness of metal at the interval span. This also increases the strength of creoss section at position of highest twisting moment and cutting force. Therefore, it can improve the force resistance and stiffness of the system;
